With this app you can submit and vote on short text messages that will be displayed on the led top hat.
- The light hat displayes the top message for for 30 seconds.
- The message can be maximal 8 characters long to fit on the hat.
- The hat displays upper case letters, numbers and usual special characters. Lower case letters will be converted to upper case.
- To be displayed the message has to be at least 1 Minute old, or have at least 2 up-votes.
